Introducing the CONCEPT 32 telephone concentrator system.

A telephone concentrator is used in applications where a large number of telephones need to be provided over an extended area for traffic management purposes.

Typical applications include railway networks, highway and motorway systems, oil and gas pipelines, tunnels, manufacturing plants, military and emergency services where calls need to be connected and controlled by an operator from a central location.

The CONCEPT 32 system design ensures that –

	Absolute security of speech fundamental to the design.
	Each remote telephone is connected directly to the operator.
	Relay interlocking monitored by a microprocessor guarantees that only one conversation can be in progress at a time.
	All calls are displayed on a key & lamp control panel.
	Each key is dedicated to one telephone.
	The location of the caller is always known.
	A speech path is opened only when the call is answered.
	Continuous monitoring of system health.

Audible and visual alarms raised in the event of a fault.
