Standard Series

The Standard Series of keyboards manufactured by STS Signals Ltd provides the SPT Operator with an interface to a CONCEPT 32 telephone concentrator system.

The Standard Series product range consists of a range of variants in two case sizes -
Small Case: 400mm W x 269mm D x 197mm H plus 100mm for rear cable access
• 32, 40 or 64 line
• 32 line with 1 or 2 PETS
• 48 line with 1 or 2 PETS

Large case: 400mm W x 364mm D x 232mm H plus 43mm for rear cable access
• 64 line with 1 or 2 PETS
• 80 line

Speech circuits, signalling data and Public Emergency Telephone System (PETS) facilities are provided by a CONCEPT 32 telephone concentrator available in a wide range of cubicle and rack configurations.

Designed for easy installation in desktop applications, the Standard Series keyboard provides the Operator with a full range of audio and visual alarm warning indicators and an integrated push-to-talk telephone handset.

Ease of maintenance is fundamental to the design of the Standard Series keyboards, with all components readily accessible, and cable connections made at the rear of the keyboard. To supplement our Standard range, we offer a comprehensive custom-design capability at highly competitive prices, while maintaining the commitment to quality and reliability that our rail customers demand. The 1306 Series of keyboards have been purpose designed to
replace the life expired ‘Protowire’ equipment when used with any CONCEPT 32 telephone concentrator system.
